Menu & Nutrition Analysis

Welcome to Cal Dining's menu and nutrition analysis page! You can access nutrition information about individual menu items or create a nutritive analysis report. To get started, do one of the following:

  • When viewing a menu, click on any menu item to view the nutrition "label" for that item.
  • Go to the Cal Dining Menus page, and view Today's Entrees. Under each meal title you can click on "Nutritive Analysis" to view individual menu items or create a mean plan or report.
  • On any Residential Dining Location detail page (Crossroads, Foothill, CKC, or
    Cafe 3.), click on "Nutritive Analysis" to view individual items or create a mean plan or report.
  • Click on the A-Z menu item listing.

Know Your Fats (Good and Bad)! Omega-3 fats found in fish, canola oil, flaxseed and soy products are essential for the absorbtion of fat-soluble vitamins. Trans fatty acids, created by heating liquid vegetable oil under high pressure, have been recently linked to a number of health problems and should be consumed minimally.
