Class Cancellations
If you withdraw your child from a program, your tuition will be refunded less a $25 processing fee per class per child. Tuition cannot be refunded after the second meeting. Because classes are self-supporting, each has a minimum enrollment; classes not meeting this minimum one week before the first session will be cancelled. The Recreation Office will notify you by phone should your class be cancelled and your tuition will be fully refunded.

Refunds
Refunds are credited back to your charge card. Refunds for check and cash tuition payments take four to six weeks to process. Tickets for special events, family workshops, adult programs and field trips are nonrefundable.

Returned Check Fee
A fee of $25.00 is levied for all returned checks.
