Players will improve their fundamental soccer ball skills, learn about small and large group tactics. learn how to score goals. goalkeeping skills and much more! This camp emphasizes building confidence through understanding and loving the game. Beginning, intermediate and advanced level players are all welcome.
EXTENDED CARE Available for Ages 7-11 (7:30am-6pm)

Learn fielding, hitting, pitching, and base running techniques. Play scrimmage games each day. Awards ceremony at the end of the weeks rewards good sportsmanship, improved skill and great attitudes!

Beginning & Intermediate Skateboarding
Session I: June 15-26
Learn basic techniques, pushing, carving, turning to ollies using flat ground, small launch ramps & small grind rails. Intermediates further develop skills with small launch ramps, grind rails, and advanced flat ground techniques. Participants must bring a good quality skateboard, helmet, knee and elbow pads.

Sports Spectacular
Session II: June 29-July 10 (no camp July 3)
The perfect camp for kids who want to experience a variety of different sports. Campers will develop skills in basketball, baseball, soccer, and more. This camp is designed for beginning and intermediate players with an emphasis on safety, skill, and fun. Specialists, Rick Slettedahl, Teale Matteson and Joe Pearse will be on staff to provide instruction. Other activities include a trip to the Oakland A's game.

Play-Well TEKnologies Engineering FUNdamentals w/Lego Camp
Session III: July 13-17 (1 week camp)
Session IV: July 20-24 (1 week camp)
Take a "crash course" in Demolition Derby, design a Mighty Metropolis, challenge the Battle Track, build and race a Locomotive faster than a speeding Worm Drive. Explore concepts in physics, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, and architecture while playing with your favorite creations. Children will be given instruction, design challenges appropriate to their facility with LEGO Technic and System components. These camps are not affiliated with the LEGO Group. Outdoor Adventures
Session V: July 27-August 7
Rock climbing, hiking, ice skating, creek biology with field trips to Ardenwood and Adventure Playground.

Gymnastics, Circus & Art
Session VI: August 10-21
Two weeks of exploring the arts, tumbling, acrobatics, juggling and stilt walking. Field trips to the MOCHA and a circus performance.
