A funk
based robotic dance that involves the robot, body illusions,
pantomime, body isolation and rhythm. The class will cover Body
Waving (looking like an electric current is going through the
body), Floats (creating footwork illusions like the moon walk,
glides, wind walking & elevating), Ticking & Animation
(giving the illusion of looking like a cartoon in a strobe light),
Hitting (making the body have precise, sharp snaps to the beat
of the music), as well as Choreography and Group Routines. |
