Class Pass/Bear Pass
Class Pass
All currently-enrolled students are entitled to a Class Pass sticker, which lets you ride on any AC Transit bus and Campus Shuttle for free. Class Pass stickers are issued in the first couple weeks of each semester.
Please note that if you lose your Cal 1 Card, you will have to pay the current fee for the Class Pass in addition to the card replacement fee.
Bear Pass
The Bear Pass is a pre-paid transit option for faculty, staff, post-doctorates, and visiting scholars. It allows UC Berkeley employees to take unlimited trips on AC Transit buses for a low monthly fee, which can be paid with pre-tax payroll deductions for even more savings.
