Cal 1 Card

SCOPE

This page is for lost card replacements only.

If you need to replace a stolen or damaged Cal 1 Card, please review the applicable FAQ information for further instructions on how to proceed and email cal1card@berkeley.edu if you have any questions.

COHORTS

Undergraduate and Graduate Students.

The nonrefundable replacement fee which will be applied to your student billing account and payable via your CalCentral portal within a few weeks after the card replacement. To submit the required student request e-form and confirm acceptance of the nonrefundable replacement fee.

Employees and Visiting / Concurrent Enrollment Student

The following cohorts may pay the nonrefundable replacement fee online using credit:

  • Employees (Faculty, Staff, Academic, and Postdocs)
  • Non-degree-seeking students (Summer Sessions and UC Extension)

Employees and Visiting / Concurrent Enrollment Students needing to pay the nonrefundable fee using cash or check, please make the payment at the Cashier’s office:

  • 2610 Channing Way / 2nd floor -- call ahead for current service hours (510 642-1524)
  • Take the payment receipt to the Cal 1 Card office.
